Ms. Kate Bieker is the court executive officer for the Superior Court of Ventura County, bringing more than two decades of leadership and expertise in court administration. Prior to her current role, she served as the court executive officer for the Superior Court of Contra Costa County.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bieker has played an active role in statewide committees, serving as the Court Executive Officer Advisory Committee Chair. She serves on the Judicial Council’s Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee and its Revenue and Expenditure Subcommittee. 

Ms. Bieker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sonoma State University.
