Judge Lisa M. Rogan currently serves as presiding judge of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County, where she was appointed as a judge in 2013 by Governor Edmund G. “Jerry” Brown, Jr. Prior to her current role, Judge Rogan served as the assistant presiding judge of the court and has been active in other leadership roles within the court, including as supervising judge of the Victorville and Rancho Cucamonga Districts and of the San Bernardino Justice Center’s Criminal Division. She chairs the Judicial Council’s Trial Court Presiding Judges Advisory Committee and its Executive Committee and was previously a member of the Appellate Advisory Committee and the Court Security Advisory Committee.

Judge Rogan previously served as a supervising deputy district attorney for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, a sergeant with the Pomona Police Department, and a deputy for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. She received a juris doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law and later returned to serve as an adjunct professor there.
