Statewide Audiovisual Systems, Solutions, and Maintenance Services, RFP-TCAS-2024-01-MS
The Judicial Council of California (JCC) is conducting this RFP, on behalf of itself, the Supreme Court of California, the Courts of Appeal, the Habeas Corpus Resource Center, and the fifty-eight (58) Superior Courts of California, (collectively, “Judicial Branch Entities,” or “JBEs” and individually, a “JBE”).
The JCC seeks to enter into a leveraged procurement agreement, also referred to as a “Master Agreement,” with one or more suitable vendor that can provide Statewide Audiovisual Systems, Solutions, and Maintenance Services.
The Master Agreement(s) awarded from this RFP may be used by any and all JBEs.
The person or entity submitting a proposal (Proposer) entering into a Master Agreement commits to implementing and operating these services for any JBE requesting to engage under a Participation Addendum as set forth in this RFP. The JCC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award the contract in whole or in part, and/or negotiate any or all items with individual Proposers if it is deemed in the JCC’s best interest, or not award any contracts based on submitted proposals.
Reponses to this RFP will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology outlined in the RFP, including Attachment A (Administrative Rules Governing RFPs).

- Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to TCSolicitation@jud.ca.gov%20 and must be received by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on July 26, 2024.
- Final proposal due date and time – August 14, 2024, at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- Non-cost and Cost Proposals are submitted in different mailboxes, please see below:
- Non-cost (Technical) Proposals are submitted to ms2024-01.tech@jud.ca.gov
- Cost Proposals Only must be submitted separately to ms2024-01.fee@jud.ca.gov
