Purpose: The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Task Force’s charge is to oversee the development of policy recommendations to the council on the use of AI in the judicial branch.

The AI task force will oversee the development of policy recommendations to the council on the use of AI in the judicial branch and will be responsible for coordinating the timely consideration and development of proposals and potential actions by the judicial branch. The task force may also develop its own proposals and coordinate with other governmental or judicial branch entities on pertinent AI policy developments.
