Architectural, Engineering, and Related Services

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM) seeks to identify an architectural and engineering consulting team qualified to provide services in all phases of the planning, design and construction of a new courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa, in the Antioch area. Lead by an architect licensed in the state of California (the Consultant), the consulting team shall have experience and expertise in the design of courthouses or other program intensive public/institutional buildings. Subject to funding of the Fiscal Year 2005-06 State Budget Act for the Land Acquisition and the Preliminary Plans (Schematic Design & Development) phases, the selected Consultant will be commissioned for the project assignment no earlier than Fall 2005.
