The AOC is seeking firms to provide bids for certain Dell hardware and equipment as detailed in the following Invitation to Bid:

Question: Will an incentive be given to Bidders who provide DVBE participation in accordance with Section 999.5(a) of the Military and Veterans Code for this solicitation.
Answer: The AOC has waived the inclusion of DVBE participation in this solicitation
