Effective Practices in Criminal Caseflow Management Project
The Administrative Office of the Courts' Court Consulting Services (CCS), based in the Bay Area/Northern Coastal Regional Office, is responsible for assisting the AOC and the trial courts in the identification of internal and external experts in a variety of areas of court operations. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued on April 2, 2004, to identify a consultant who will assist in the development and implementation of the Effective Practices in Criminal Caseflow Management Project. Four two-day regional meetings will bring together criminal caseflow management experts from the California trial courts to:
- review accepted caseflow management principles,
- identify effective practices in California criminal caseflow management,
- identify potential consulting experts among the attendees, and
- develop an implementation plan for the dissemination of effective practices.
Proposals must be received prior to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2004. Only written responses will be accepted. Responses should be sent by registered or certified mail or by hand delivery.
