Information Technology Services

August 2, 2007

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is conducting this Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a qualified managed services provider for Data center operations, IT Help Desk services, Desktop and Local Server services and Data Network Management services that meet the Judicial Branch’s IT services requirements as described in the RFP documents. The Vendor must have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering high quality IT services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction at market-based pricing levels.

The RFP package provides an overview of the AOC, Judicial Branch applications and programs the AOC administers on a statewide basis, the Judicial Branch’s IT services objectives, the scope of IT services sought, and provides instructions for the RFP response process. The document includes Request for Proposal Instructions, the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statements of Work (SOWs) and other exhibits that will form the final agreement between the AOC and the selected Vendor.

The Information Technology Services RFP documents contain confidential and proprietary information. RFP recipients will be required to provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (see below) to the AOC prior to receiving access to the RFP documents. The Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed, scanned and sent tosolicitations@jud.ca.gov prior to the AOC providing a Vendor with access to these documents via a secure AOC website. Individual passwords for the secure AOC website will be provided to each Vendor following submission of a signed NDA to the POC.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pacific, August 9, 2007 at the AOC’s San Francisco headquarters as noted in the RFP Instructions. Only those Vendors who have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be allowed to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference.

Electronic proposals must be received by the Administrative Office of the Courts at an FTP site, to be identified at a later date, no later than 1:00 p.m., on September 12, 2007.

Hard copies of the Proposals must be delivered no later than 1:00 p.m. September 13, 2007 as noted in the RFP instructions.
