Temporary Agency Services to the Administrative Office of the Courts

Welcome to the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) site for Temporary Agency Services to the Administrative Office of the Courts.

A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on February 21, 2002.

The AOC seeks the services of temporary employment agencies with expertise in providing fast, quality temporary staffing by matching our requested skill set for all levels of personnel within the Administrative Office of the Courts. Currently, the AOC requests agency temporary employees primarily in the administrative/office support area, but occasionally there is a need for temporary employees in professional classifications, e.g., attorneys, HR professionals.

This RFP is the means for prospective service providers to submit their qualifications to the AOC and request selection as a service provider. The AOC may select, from the responses to this RFP, service providers qualified to provide temporary services to the AOC.

  • It is the intent of the AOC to enter into Master Agreement(s) with one or more primary vendors and one or more secondary providers.
  • The Master Agreement(s) will provide consistency in pricing for temporary services. No financial award will directly result from the signing of this Master Agreement(s). The contracted vendor(s) will work directly with the AOC Human Resources temporary employee contact to determine the necessary skill set for each order placed.
  • The State reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, as well as the right to conduct or not conduct a similar proposal in the future. This request for proposals is in no way an agreement, obligation, or contract, and the State is not responsible for the cost of preparation. One copy of a submitted proposal will be retained for official files and become a public record. Vendor proposals must be received prior to 5 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2002, and include all required attachments. Oral responses will not be accepted.
