Statewide Internet-based Employment Recruitment Software Solution Program

RFP Number: HR-1008-BD

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), on behalf of the 58 Superior Courts of California, (individually referred to as a Purchasing Group member) is requesting proposals from highly qualified vendors with expertise in providing an internet-based employment recruitment software solution and maintenance service, on a statewide basis.

The AOC intends to award one or more Master Agreements, for an initial two year term and three one-year options, to a vendor or vendors able to supply the Purchasing Group members with an unknown quantity of software, as further described in the RFP. Each of the Purchasing Group members may individually, at their discretion, order software solution configuration specific to their needs, from any Master Agreement that may result from this RFP.

Proposals must be received no later than 1 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday, December 15, 2008.
