Questions and Answers
The Judicial Council of California seeks proposals to develop a live (in-person) curriculum and distance learning curriculum on permanency requirements, including special requirements for Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) cases. Live curriculum development will focus on permanency and best practices for foster youth within the first 90 days of a child’s time in foster care and throughout permanency and post permanency, including permanency options for non-minor dependents and special requirements and permanency options for Indian children. Provide regional trainings and a distance learning curriculum on permanency for foster children to the juvenile court, court appointed dependency counsel, and other child welfare partners.
Questions should be directed to solicitations@jud.ca.gov and must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. PST on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.
