Response to Proposer Questions
The Judicial Council seeks to identify and retain firms and/or individuals to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed consultants with expertise in all phases of the planning, design, renovation, assessment, and construction of public buildings. It is anticipated that selected firms/individuals will oversee, manage, support and administer the planning, design, construction, and turnover of various capital improvement and facility modification projects as needed by the Judicial Council. This RFP is the means for prospective Consultants to submit their Technical and Cost proposals to the Judicial Council for consideration.
A Pre-Proposal Telephone Conference will be held on Thursday, December 27th, 2018 from 11:00am -12:00pm. Call in # 1-877-820-7831 / Passcode 109630.
Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov by Close of Business, Friday, January 4th, 2019.
Proposals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Friday, January 18th, 2019.
