The Judicial Council of California (“Judicial Council”) requests proposals from highly qualified vendors to provide security screening equipment, training, installation, implementation and onsite maintenance services as described in this RFP to the State of California judicial branch which includes the Judicial Council, the Supreme Court of California, the Courts of Appeal, the Habeas Corpus Resource Center and the 58 Superior Courts of California (collectively referred to as “Judicial Branch Entities,” or “JBEs”). The Judicial Council anticipates awarding a master agreement for an initial two year term, with three consecutive one-year options for a potential maximum of five years. The Judicial Branch Entities are under no obligation to participate in the resulting master agreement(s).
Responses to this RFP will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology outlined in the RFP, including Attachment 1 (Administrative Rules Governing RFPs).
Key Dates and Deadlines
- Registration for the pre-proposal conference call must be received by 12:00 p.m. (PDT) on May 18, 2017
- Pre-proposal conference call will take place at 10:00 a.m. (PDT) on May 22, 2017
- Questions regarding this RFP must be directed to TCSolicitation@jud.ca.gov and must be received by 3:00 p.m. (PDT) on May 24, 2017
- Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. (PDT) on June 13, 2017
