The Judicial Council, on behalf of the 58 Superior Courts of California (“trial courts”), is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to provide periodic secure pickup at trial court locations and drop off of bank deposits to designated banks and financial institutions throughout the State of California. The Council staff intends to award multiple Master Agreements for an initial two year term and three one-year options to renew. It is likely that more than one Master Agreement will be awarded in the more populated areas, as the intent of this RFP is to enter into Master Agreements to cover all or the majority of the trial court locations. Each trial court will have the right to place orders under any Master Agreement awarded.
Council staff will hold a pre-proposal conference call on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (PST). Interested proposers must submit an email to tcsolicitation@jud.ca.gov requesting the call in number and pass code no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST) on Friday, March 25, 2016. The email subject line must reference RFP # BAP-2016-01-PC and the email must include: 1) name of your company and 2) name and title of your designated representative attending the conference call. Although attendance at the pre-proposal conference is optional, Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend.
Clarifications, modifications and/or questions should be directed to the Judicial Council staff at tcsolicitation@jud.ca.gov. All questions must be received no later than Tuesday, April 12, 2016. The email subject line must reference BAP-2016-01-PC.
Hard copy proposals must be received no later than 3:00 pm. Pacific Time, Wednesday, April 20, 2016.
